Our purchasing, sales and shipping departments are located at the Bochum site, which consists of about 800 m² of high-bay storage and more than 250 m² of office area. Thanks to short official channels we benefit from efficient workflows and short lines of communication. Due to the expansion of our shipping line in 2010, we are now able to ship up to 1000 packages per day.
National orders can be shipped within 24 hours, international ones usually within 48 hours. In this context we turn our special attention to high-quality packaging and safety. The national shipping of the goods is carried out by UPS and DHL Express. Our international shipping partners are DHL Express, UPS and forwarding agencies we have successfully been working with for many years. All the forwarding agencies cooperating with us are supposed to only book scheduled flights with renowned airlines. Like this we can ensure the fastest shipping possible at any time.
Being approved exporter, we guarantee the fast and uncomplicated handling of your international shipments by the German customs. Beyond that we offer German companies fulfilment solutions to safeguard an especially efficient handling.
